Having majored in journalism at UCLA, Kathleen had plans of becoming a writer. With the birth of her twins a year after graduation, she felt a more secure job was necessary. Drawing from her theatre arts minor, she started working at Dade/Rosen Associates Talent Agency as an office manager and sub-agent. She worked her way to full agent and partner in a few years, having remained at the same agency, with all of it's inevitable changes, to this day. Kathleen has a reputation with casting offices of being honest and making appropriate submissions. She keeps her roster short in order to accommodate her clients' needs and strengths. She is adamant about their being treated as individuals and not just a bottom line.
